In November 2013 I have started my own company: SYNTECTION, and now I am available as a Senior Inspection Consultant.
My focus is on the entire life cycle of pressure-equipment in the broadest sense, with an emphasis on the upper layer of the inspection activities, quality systems and the coaching and education of inspection personnel. 
I am a professional in the field of technical integrity and the assurance of the reliability of pressure equipment. My goal is to contribute to the safety and security of installations.
Herefor I use my knowledge, insight, motivation, commitment, customer orientation, openness, quality thinking and my network. 
I am commercial set, like working in a team, like to determine the way of working and to motivate others to contribute to achieving the goals.
My interest and my strength are at the crossroads of management, policy, commerce, people and technology.
